That Richard Bluck, having rendered outstanding service to the Society and having provided his written consent, be elected as a Life Member of the Screen Industry Guild of Aotearoa New Zealand Incorporated in accordance with Rule 5B(ii) of the Constitution.

The nomination of Sioux Macdonald for Life Membership is presented to Ordinary Members for consideration.

Motion
That Sioux Macdonald, having rendered outstanding service to the Society and having provided her written consent, be elected as a Life Member of the Screen Industry Guild of Aotearoa New Zealand Incorporated in accordance with Rule 5B(ii) of the Constitution.
Special Member Votes - requires 2/3 majority of votes cast
Proposed Amendments to the Constitution - SPECIAL MEMBER VOTE

Explanatory Note:
The National Executive has proposed a series of amendments to the Guild’s Constitution. The full proposed wording and reasons for each amendment are set out in the AGM 2026 Proposed Constitution Changes document circulated to Members.

The amendments are intended to correct inconsistencies identified during the year, clarify governance and Officer eligibility requirements, and ensure the Constitution operates fairly,consistently and effectively in practice.

That the proposed amendments set out in the AGM 2026 Proposed Constitution Changesdocument circulated to Members be approved in full, and that the Constitution of the ScreenIndustry Guild of Aotearoa New Zealand Incorporated be amended accordingly.
