SG Leadership Fundamentals Master Certification

This SG Leadership Fundamentals Master Certification is the final assessment for participants who have completed The Screen Guild’s Micro-credential course "Leadership Fundamentals" - Modules 1-5 and received their micro-credential certificates.

Spanning the full content of the five prerequisite modules — Negotiation, Team Dynamics, Inclusive Culture, Emotional Intelligence, and Management Skills — the Master Test challenges particpants to apply their knowledge across a range of realistic leadership scenarios within the screen industry.

Successful completion demonstrates a strong foundation in leadership principles and practical strategies essential for Heads of Department and emerging leaders across all crew roles.

Participants must achieve 54 correct answers out of the 60 multi-choice questions in order to be awarded their Leadership Master Certification.
