The Screen Guild is proud to launch a new series of 5 free Leadership Fundamentals Micro-Credential Course modules designed specifically for the New Zealand screen industry.

‍

These short, practical courses are tailored to the unique challenges and dynamics of film and television production, helping you build essential leadership skills grounded in collaboration, empathy, and professionalism.

‍

Complete all parts of each individual module and successfully pass the 15-question multiple-choice micro-test (requiring an 80% pass rate) to earn a Screen Guild Micro-Credential Certificate for that module.

‍

Complete all five modules plus a final comprehensive assessment to earn your Screen Guild Leadership Fundamentals Master Certificate.

These Screen Guild approved micro-credentials are designed to:

  • Strengthen your industry leadership toolkit
  • Support crew wellbeing and team performance
  • Demonstrate your commitment to respectful, effective management on set
