Autumn is here, and with it comes a new season of Short Film Nights from Show Me Shorts.

German Short Film Nights are just around the corner, offering a curated selection of bold, inventive storytelling. From striking animation to grounded, character-driven dramas, the programme explores everyday moments through fresh perspectives - touching on themes of love, forgiveness, celebration and connection.

Submissions for the 2026 Festival are now open, with programmers already well into the viewing process.

It’s a busy time for Show Me Shorts, with plenty happening behind the scenes as preparations continue for the Winter Season.
