The inaugural M.D.M.A - Modelmaking, Diorama & Miniature Arts exhibition lands at Fishcube Gallery this February, celebrating the craft of miniature world-building -  where storytelling, design, and technical precision meet at human scale.

Exhibition: 20 Feb – 6 Mar 2026 | Fishcube Gallery, Wellington

Running from 20 February to 6 March 2026, the exhibition brings together artists working across practical effects, scratch-build model making, and diorama art. Each piece captures a “moment in time,” inviting viewers to step closer and discover layered narratives hidden in small worlds. The exhibition opens on Friday 20 February, with a public opening night from 7pm at Fishcube Gallery, Wellington.
