Celebrate 30 years of Ngā Aho Whakaari and Māori storytelling at a special anniversary evening in Tāmaki Makaurau.

For 30 years, Ngā Aho Whakaari has empowered, promoted and advocated for Māori voices and stories within the Aotearoa New Zealand screen industry.

To mark this milestone, we invite you to join us for an evening celebrating three decades of Māori storytelling, creativity and collective achievement.

As one of our valued partners, stakeholders and longstanding kaitautoko, we are offering you the opportunity to reserve a table of eight before tickets are released to the public.

We anticipate this event will sell out, so we wanted to extend this invitation directly to those who have supported Ngā Aho Whakaari throughout our journey.

Table Reservation

Table of 8: $800 + GST

An invoice will be issued directly to your organisation and can be paid via invoice.

Individual tickets will be released at a later date via Humanitix.

Venue: Hunua Room, Aotea Centre, Tāmaki Makaurau
Time: 6.00pm – 10.00pm
Please be seated by: 6.50pm for the formal programme.

Important Information

R18 Event
This is an R18 event. Valid ID may be requested upon entry.

Entry
The easiest access is via the Civic Car Park entrance (corner of Greys Avenue and Mayoral Drive). As you drive into the car park, use the double doors on the left, which provide direct access to the Hunua Room entrance.

Alternatively, enter through the main Aotea Centre entrance and follow the event signage to the Hunua Room.

Parking
Parking is available at the Civic Car Park (corner of Greys Avenue and Mayoral Drive). Standard parking charges apply, with a maximum daily rate of $25.
