Production Grant Round Toru Dates Set
Round 3 production grants now open. Apply by 18 April for Christchurch-based productions meeting eligibility criteria.

Key Dates
- Applications open: Wednesday 18 March 2026, 9am
- Applications close: Sunday 18 April 2026, 11.59pm
- Decision by: Tuesday 19 May 2026
$67,500 will be distributed to eligible productions by an independent advisory panel made up of established members of industry.
Production Grants Eligibility
Production grants are available where:
- You have funding or finance in place
- You are filming for 15 days or more in Ōtautahi Christchurch or Waitaha Canterbury
- At least 40% of your production crew will be locally hired
